1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on services and products offered by GeniusBot (operated by Nixt Company).

We strive to ensure our customers' satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, please review this policy to understand your refund options.

2. Premium & VIP Subscriptions

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

If you are not satisfied with your Premium or VIP subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date.

Refund Conditions:

• Refund request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase

• You must not have excessively used exclusive VIP features (such as exclusive store discounts)

• Full amount is refunded to the original payment method

• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Cases Not Eligible for Refund:

• More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date

• Subscription renewal (guarantee applies to the first purchase only)

• Violation of Terms of Service that led to account suspension

3. Virtual Coins

Virtual Coins earned through the platform:

• Coins earned from daily rewards, games, or watching videos are not redeemable for cash

• Virtual coins have no real monetary value

• Coins cannot be converted to real money under any circumstances

Store purchases with virtual coins:

• All purchases made with virtual coins in the store are final

• Purchased items cannot be returned or exchanged for coins

• In case of a technical glitch that deducted coins without delivering the item, please contact our support team to restore your coins

4. Server Promotion

Server promotion fees on the Explore page are subject to the following conditions:

Before campaign starts:

• A full refund can be requested if the promotion campaign has not yet started

• Cancellation request must be submitted before the campaign start time

After campaign starts:

• Promotion fees are non-refundable once the campaign has started

• This applies to both duration-based and view-based promotions

Exceptions:

• If the promotion was removed by GeniusBot due to guideline violations, fees will not be refunded

• In case of a technical malfunction that prevented you from receiving the paid service, you can contact support to review your case

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Support Team

• Open a support ticket in the designated channel

Step 2: Provide Required Information

• Your Discord ID

• Transaction details (date, amount, service type)

• Reason for refund request

• Any relevant proof or screenshots

Step 3: Review & Processing

• Our team will review your request within 48 hours

• You will receive a response via the Discord support ticket

• If approved, the refund is processed within 5-10 business days

6. Payment Methods & Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

• Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card within 5-10 business days

• PayPal: Refunded to the original PayPal account within 3-5 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

We will not charge any additional fees for refund processing.

7. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Premium or VIP subscription at any time through the Settings page in the dashboard.

Upon cancellation:

• You will continue to enjoy subscription features until the end of the current billing period

• The subscription will not auto-renew after the current period expires

• No additional charges will be made after cancellation

• You will lose access to exclusive features after the subscription period ends

Cancellation does not automatically mean a refund. Please refer to Section 2 for refund conditions.

8. Disputes & Complaints

If you are not satisfied with a refund decision, you can:

• Escalate the complaint through the Discord Support Server for management team review

• Provide additional information or evidence supporting your request

• Request a second review from a senior moderator

We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and transparently.

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account until the dispute is resolved.

9. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your transaction.
