GeniusBot is a multi-functional Discord bot and web dashboard that provides:

• Discord server management (moderation, protection, member & role management)

• Virtual coin economy system with a store for purchasing items

• Profile customization (backgrounds, effects, sounds, badges)

• Interactive browser games (Snake, Memory, 2048, Typing Speed)

• Explore and discover Discord servers with promotion features

• Premium/VIP subscription with advanced features

• Smart auto-replies and advanced text & voice moderation

Authentication is handled exclusively through Discord OAuth. By logging in, you grant us permission to access your Discord account information (ID, username, avatar, email, server list).

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and all activities that occur through it.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms.

GeniusBot uses a virtual currency called "Coins". These coins can be earned through:

• Daily rewards and activities

• Playing available games on the platform

• Watching videos (Watch & Earn feature)

Virtual coins have no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred to any person outside the platform.

All purchases made with virtual coins in the store are final and non-refundable.

We reserve the right to modify item prices, availability, and reward values at any time.

GeniusBot offers paid subscriptions (Premium and VIP) that provide additional features such as:

• Unlimited member management

• Advanced AI and custom auto-replies

• Comprehensive protection and automatic backups

• Exclusive store discounts for VIP members

• Advanced profile customization (videos, effects, sounds, music)

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Prices are subject to change with prior notice. New prices will apply starting from the next billing cycle.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on refunds and cancellations.

You can promote your server on the Explore page for a fee. Promotion options include:

• Duration-based promotion (1 day, 3 days, 1 week)

• View-based promotion (1,000 - 5,000 views)

Promotion fees are non-refundable once the promotion campaign has started.

We reserve the right to reject or remove any promotion that violates our guidelines or Discord's Terms of Service.

When using our services, you are prohibited from:

• Violating Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

• Using the bot or dashboard for any illegal activities

• Attempting to exploit, hack, or manipulate our systems or virtual coin economy

• Sending spam or abusing bot features

• Impersonating other users or GeniusBot staff

• Collecting user data without consent

• Distributing malware or malicious content through our services

• Circumventing any disciplinary action or ban imposed on your account

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

All content available through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Nixt Company or its licensors.

The GeniusBot brand and logo are protected under intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of our services without prior written permission.

User-generated content (such as profile settings and customizations) remains the property of its creator, with a license granted to us for use within the platform.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be continuously available, error-free, or completely secure.

GeniusBot and Nixt Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

We are not responsible for any loss of virtual coins or digital items due to technical malfunctions or circumstances beyond our control.

You use the Service at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any modifications are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
